What We Do:

We do what is considered C7 contractor work. Otherwise known as low voltage. This encompasses everything from networking computers and setting up servers to creating and installing home theaters. We do both commercial and residential installations.

We have several clients on a monthly subscription where we monitor their systems offsite, perform system upgrades, virus removal and other remote I.T. services as needed.

Several clients purchased new computers this year and wanted everything to look and feel like they were used to.. We used our experience to make that happen.

This year we've done a custom system design and installation for a manufacturer in Carson. They use Sage accounting software with several users. We researched the Sage requirements and built a system consisting of a Synology file/ backup server and a custom Lenovo workstation. These replaced an aging Windows server setup that would have cost more than twice as much to replace compared to our design which not only cost less but, gave them more functionality.We now have all their workstations backed up to the server.

This year we have also designed and installed a whole house Sonos audio system with eight zones and two custom small TV rooms/areas.. This system comprised of ceiling and wall mounted speakers for the house audio, a custom in wall/ceiling 5.1 surround system and a Sonos soundbar setup.We also installed a custom A/V rack to house all of the equipment in one space.

Who We Do It For:

We do installations for customers primarily in the LA & Orange county areas. We also have clients as far south as Carlsbad. We can do I.T. work for any customers in these areas. Our custom A/V installations are taken on by a case by case basis. When you have a true custom A/V installation you enter into a relationship with the client that lasts a lifetime. It's for this reason we don not advertise our A/V services and work primarily off of referrals from clients we already have a relationship with.

Who We Are:

With over 35 years of experience I've been at this for a long time. I watched TV's go from Tube to DLP to Plasma to LED to OLED and installed them all. We are a small company and I specialize in custom work. We lean heavy on our owner/designer as he has the most experience.Our partner owns iMedia Systems.

I started off in the 80's building my first computer from a kit while apprenticing doing custom car audio where I also did a helicopter and a few boats & yachts. If it moved I did A/V systems in it. In the 90's I started fixing computer systems and moved into doing house audio.In the early 2000's I took a job running a hardwood flooring company specializing in new home construction while still doing house audio and computer setup/repairs on the side. In 2008 I took a job as general manager of West Coast Sound where I designed and managed a C7 contractor doing much of what I do now. I left with my client list after a few years there. I started Harrison Consulting & Management in the late 90's and have kept it going throughout all my other employment. Not Just I.T. Solutions came about as I was trying to find a company name that more addressed the work that I do now. My partner has almost as much experience as I do. and owns his own company also. We work together on bigger projects especially if we are doing a lot of cabling or A/V work. I design it and he puts it in!
